Refund policy

All sales are final. Because our products are digital goods that are delivered and accessible immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is complete.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product with immediate access and that the sale is final. We encourage you to review the product description carefully before purchasing.

Damages and issues
While all sales are final, we stand behind delivery of your product. Please contact us immediately at melissa@bodyandbalanceus.com if you cannot access or download your product, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
All of our products are digital goods and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes sale items and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific order.


Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you purchased the wrong product by mistake, please contact us at melissa@bodyandbalanceus.com and we'll do our best to grant access to the correct item as a courtesy.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. However, for digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, this right ends once delivery has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. By completing your purchase and accessing or downloading the product, you provide that consent and waive the 14-day withdrawal right.
