Shipping policy

Body and Balance by Melissa sells digital products only. All products are delivered electronically — nothing is physically shipped, and no shipping fees apply.

This policy explains how and when you receive your purchase.


Delivery method
After your payment has been received and your order is confirmed, you will receive access to your digital product (such as a downloadable guide or file). Access is typically provided immediately via a download link on the order confirmation page and/or by email sent to the address you provided at checkout.


Delivery time
Delivery is usually instant. In rare cases, processing may take a little longer. If you have not received your product within a few hours of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.


Trouble accessing your product
If your download link does not work, you did not receive your confirmation email, or you have any trouble accessing your product, please contact us at melissa@bodyandbalanceus.com with your order details. We will make sure you receive access as quickly as possible.


Incorrect contact details
It is your responsibility to provide a correct and valid email address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect contact information, full inboxes, or email or spam filtering. If you entered the wrong details, contact us and we will resend your product to the correct address.


Device and software requirements
Our digital products are provided in standard formats (such as PDF). You are responsible for ensuring your device and software can open and use the product. If you are unsure, please contact us before purchasing.
